Scheduling an Appointment
Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please phone me at 908-500-7295 or email at drmarionrollings@gmail.com
If you wish to talk with me about scheduling a session, feel free to phone me. I do not charge for a simple phone consultation and am happy to talk with you. Choosing the right therapist is extremely important, and I want to ensure you are comfortable with me and feel we are a good fit before you make your decision.
Office Hours
My office hours are Monday-Friday with daytime and evening appointments.
I also offer Weekend appointments as needed.
I am available for Emergencies & Emergency sessions 24/7. (For true emergencies, phone 911 first, then phone me)
All patients have my cell phone number so that I am easily reached. I promptly return phone calls, texts, and emails, usually the same day.
Insurance
Currently, I am not in network for insurance, but if you have out of network benefits, my services are generally reimbursible to the extent allowable by your insurance policy. Contact your insurance company and ask what amount they will reimburse you for an out of network provider–also ask what your deductible is, so that you know what your out-of-pocket expenses will be. Patients with insurance make payment for their sessions and are reimbursed directly by the insurance company.
Credit Cards & Payment
I accept credit cards via Paypal. If you choose this option, please make payment before your session and bring the payment receipt to your session. Payment via Paypal can be done by clicking on the button at the bottom of this page or sending payment via Paypal to drmarionrollings@yahoo.com
Payment is due by cash, check, or credit card at the time of the session.
Cancellations
Cancellations without 24 hour notification require payment of the session fee. When possible, rescheduling options will be offered, but I cannot guarantee availability.
Fees
Session fees will be discussed with you at the time you schedule your first session.
While I do not charge for brief phone calls, phone calls between sessions in excess of 10 minutes will incur charges in 15 minute increments. An exception are phone calls with parents regarding their child’s treatment. Generally, there is no charge for phone calls with other treatment providers, insurance companies, probation officers, school officials, etc. If excessive time is required, you will be charged in 15 minute increments. (In my experience, this just about never happens)
There is no charge for letter-writing or paperwork completed on your behalf, unless there is excessive time required in their preparation. (Also rarely ever happens)
Please excuse this rather tacky Paypal button. Clicking on it will take you to the Paypal page to make credit card payments
